Once every two years, the International Association for the Advancement of Space Safety assigns awards to scientists, engineers or organizations that made significant contributions towards promoting and advancing space safety and sustainability.
Nomination procedure:

The IAASS Awards are presented at the IAASS Conference held approximately every 18 months.

The award nomination cycle starts at the same time as the conference call for papers and terminates with the closing date for abstract submittal.

The nomination form and any supporting documentation shall be submitted electronically to the IAASS Award Committee.
The award winner will be announced one month before the conference.
