Paper preparation:

The guidelines for paper preparation are specified in the Author Instructions

Authors must prepare their paper using the IAASS Word template: the usage of this template is mandatory

All pictures and tables must fit in the specified margins

The maximum paper length is 10 pages

Please do not change the header and footer of the IAASS Word template

A Word file and PDF file must be submitted, so that we can easily identify problems in case of formatting issues
Paper Submission
The deadline for papers submission is 30 August 2024. The paper must be submitted online as WORD and PDF file, in accordance with the IAASS author instructions, together with the signed Consent-to-Publish. To upload your paper and the consent-to-publish you need to log in to the conference online system:

Select ‘Your submissions’ on the overview page

Select ‘Upload file’

You will enter the page where you can upload your files

Please note that a maximum of 230MB is supported.
The conference proceedings will be published approximately four months after the conference. All conference participants will receive an e-book including the papers presented at the conference and the pictures taken during the conference events. In addition, following the presentation at the conference, a version of your paper may be selected for publication on the IAASS Journal of Space Safety (JSSE). The JSSE is part of Elsevier ScienceDirect, the largest repository of technical and scientific publications worldwide. In case your paper is selected for publication on the JSSE, you will be contacted by the JSSE editor.
