• In-person registration cancellation policy:
   

Registrations may be refunded, minus 5% administration costs if a cancellation is made in writing up to 30 calendar days prior to the in-person conferences start date. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff date or nonattendance will not be refunded and/or tickets will not be re-activated. For cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.
 

•           Virtual registration cancellation policy:
 

Registrations may be refunded, if a cancellation is made in writing up 7 days prior to the virtual conference start date. Cancellations received after the cancellation cutoff date or nonattendance will not be refunded and/or tickets will not be re-activated. For cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individuals are responsible for canceling their own hotel and travel reservations.

If you do not attend the conference and did not cancel your registration but have paid your registration fee, you will not be refunded.
